CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is reserved for you personally. I ask that if you must cancel your appointment, you provide at least 24 hours notice so that I can adjust my schedule accordingly. Please understand, if you cancel last minute I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. A cancellation / No Show fee will apply, (50% of service for cancellation fee, 100% of service booked for no shows). Same day cancellations are treated as No Shows.

Appointments must be cancelled/rescheduled via text message or through online booking system. Email, or Instagram DM does not suffice. Thank you for your understanding!

*No extra guests, if you do come with a guest, we will have to reschedule your appointment & your card will be charged the full amount of your appointment that day.

Please come to your appointment with no products on your eyes, including concealer. If you do come in with product on your eyes, we will have to reschedule your appointment & your card will be charged the full amount of your appointment that day.

Please come to your fills with freshly washed lashes. If you don't have time before your appointment, I always have lash bath you can use at the salon! Washing your lashes everyday with an approved lash bath is required to prolong your retention and avoid infections. 

Regular fills are required every 2 - 3 weeks, this is part of essential maintenance to keep your natural lashes healthy! If you have less than 50% retention, or it has been over 3 weeks, please book an extended fill. If it has been 3.5 weeks or longer, a fresh full set is required.
